Communication is the act of communicating; transmission.,the way people interact with each other, they can use the telephone, internet, games, letters etc.;the art and technique of using words effectively to impart information or ideas. As a Mass Communication Student, I must learn how to interact and mingle with the people around me in order for me to boost my self-confidence. As we all know, Mass Communication doesn't only involves verbal act but visual, auditory,and performing acts as well. COMM 100 helped me a lot especially in the way i analyze a certain article. Before, i'll just look at th newspaper and let my mother read it for me. But now, i prefer to read it first before my mom, so that after she read the article i can talk with her about the said issue just like the issue about the Napoleon Quince billboards. Mom and I had a fight about it but we try to settle it.
COMM 100 ameliorate my perspective because at this moment i am into critiizing every commercial, telenovelas and trying to think alternative ideas about it.And im starting to act like a new broadcaster. i want to focus my studies more on broadcasting, i want to improve my speaking skills and i want to experience the trill and excitement about going out of town to get news and information about a certain matter.
